"Syllables" incepe cu versurile lui Eminem si continua apoi cu Dre, 50 Cent, Jay-Z, Stat Quo si Cashis si toti se iau de hiturile din ziua de azi.



"If we have to dumb down our style and ABC it then so be it / Because these days these kids, jeez, they don't give a sh*t about lyrics, just want to hear a beat and that's it," spune Eminem plin de frustrare. "All we know is the chorus because the chorus repeats the same four words for us."



Rapperii sumarizeaza critica lor intr-o singura propozitie: "It is not about lyrics anymore. It's about hot beat and catchy hook."



Perfect de acord cu ceea ce spun Eminem, Jay-Z si restul gastii despre hiturile pe care le auzim de dimineata pana seara, dar 50 Cent n-ar trebuit sa uite ca are o piesa exact asa, in care spune "Du-o la magazinu' de dulciuri".
